Our model is built around direct operation. The business responsible for the Pristine Wash brand also remains responsible for site presentation, monitoring, maintenance coordination and the day-to-day customer proposition.
Our UK acquisition approach is deliberately flexible on format. A strong compact location may suit a smaller scheme; a major destination can justify a larger multi-bay design.
What we are looking for
Suitable space at retail parks, supermarkets, forecourts, roadside locations, leisure destinations and other commercial properties where vehicle demand, access, visibility, utilities and planning context align.
We work with landowners, developers, asset managers, commercialisation teams and property agents.
How opportunities progress
We are selective about locations and focus on opportunities where the property fundamentals, technical route and commercial case align. Each site is assessed individually before it progresses into detailed design, approvals and property documentation.
