PRISTINE WASH · UK SITE ACQUISITION
What makes a strong car wash site?
There is no single perfect footprint. A viable site is the combination of demand, safe movement, usable space, services and a planning/drainage route that can be resolved properly.
What we assess first
Existing vehicle movements, local population, employment, retail activity and competing wash provision.
A site that drivers can notice and understand without confusing the host property or obstructing signage.
Entry, exit and internal circulation need to work with the wider property rather than against it.
Enough functional space for the selected bay format, equipment, queuing and safe customer movement.
Practical routes to electricity and mains water, plus a technically acceptable drainage solution.
Neighbouring uses, operating hours, lighting, noise, drainage and local planning policy all need site-specific review.
Compact does not automatically mean unsuitable.
A smaller location may support a one- or two-bay scheme while a high-demand destination may justify four, six or more bays. Our design approach is modular because the property should dictate the format—not the other way around.
